Mesi (our talented barista and qualified naturopathic nutritionist) will be co-hosting an all female well-being session to celebrate the Spring Equinox with her friend and yoga instructor Jess, owner of The Natural Step. You will learn how to support your body in an informative and restorative workshop session at their Braxton Gardens studio on Saturday 14th March from 3 - 6pm.

Mesi will share tips and guidance, helping you return to a simpler approach to nutrition, focusing on the fundamental principles of seasonal cycles following the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. There will also be complimentary homemade healthy nibbles and some of our amazing @counterculturedrinks kombucha included.

Following this, Jess will lead a releasing yoga practice and soothing meditation. There will be time for journaling and angel cards, with the intention to help bring you back into balance and ease into the Spring season.
